deniggo is on a distinguished road
Hello,

I guess this is a frequently asked question:
How can I calculate the normal stress of a wall?

I used stressComponents, but this provides only sigmaxx, xy, yy....

Btw: The values of sigmaxx etc. seem to be very small for my case: 1e-6 mē/sē = 1e-3 Pa (with rho= 1000). I would expect values of at least 100 Pa.
Did I understood / calculated sth. wrong?

Thanks for help,

Nico
