how to add additional output not in the time folder

Hi, I have a running code that it can output some parameter integration in "controldict". I checked the code and that parameter is evaluated each time step. However, they are not available like "U" "p" and are output in the time folder.
I am wondering if I could also have this parameter in the time folder. So that I can check how it looks like (the contours) in the paraview |
