Hi everyone,
How can I get the flow rate of a specific phase crossing a patch? More specifically, I want to calculate the water flow rate going into an outlet. Is it possible to do that without Swak4Foam? I tried this: Code:
postProcess -func "flowRatePatch(name=bottom)" and this: Code:
postProcess -func "patchIntegrate(name=bottom, phi)" But they give me a total flux (both phases summed together), right? Can I maybe improve these commands so that phi gets multiplied by alpha.water before the integration? Would that be physically correct? |
