Hello everyone, i am recently working towards a simple pulsating flow in a pipe simulation, using OpenFoam. I am interested in averaging velocity (Y,Z plane) towards (X) direction. The problem seems quite simple, but i have not found any code or any post-process tool in order to do this job in Paraview/OpenFoam.
Any help would be appreciated! |

Hi!
So you are trying to perform the space averaging? Or I missed something? In case you want to perform space averaging, have a look at the postChannel utility code. This should help you. Moreover, have a better look at the forums threads. There are some threads and comments on space averaging of LES pipe flow results. This should also help you. Best regards! |
