Hi !

I'm modelling a two-phase flow and I want to compute the velocity field x component average over a specified surface (sampledSurface) but keeping only the liquid part for the calculation (alpha.water = 1)

My problem is when I try to run the operation weightedAreaAverage on a sampledSurface region type I get the error :
--> FOAM FATAL IO ERROR:
Cannot use weightField for sampledSurface

My code is working well when the operation is areaAverage (so when the weightedfield is not taken into account).
