Hello all,
I am a beginner in OpenFoam. I want to visualize streamlines in a 2D flow over an obstacle using sonicFoam. I made a streamtracer filter and a tube filter. However the streamlines appear too short. Does anyone know a solution? I have attached a screenshot of my settings and the short streamlines. Thanks in advance Regards |

Hi John,
Try increasing the 'Maximum Steps' from 5000 to, say, 10000. If that doesn't work try increasing your max streamline length, even though it might be larger than any of the dimensions in your domain! |
