Hi foamers.
I am looking to perform a proper orthogonal decomposition on a simplified case of an aircraft crown compartment with inlet and outlet. My questions are thus: 1)Has anyone extracted data from OpenFoam time directories into matrix format, and if so is there a fast track method to do this without having to manually copy and paste? 2) In the velocity field file within the time directories how is each velocity vector ordered and is there a way to identify which node they came from? 3) Is there any OpenFoam scripts available in the generation of reduced order approximations. best wishes G |

I'm looking for the exact same thing as I'm interested in implementing the reduced order methods into OpenFOAM.
Have you had any progress after your last post? Anyone? Last edited by haewon; February 11, 2015 at 09:56. |
