sampleDict for sampling fields on a general section of airfoil simulation

Hi everyone,
I'm quite a newbie of OF over here...

I managed to solve a simulation with a 2D mesh of an airfoil. I have two boundary (patches) surfaces, upper_wing, lower_wing, that are the upper and lower surfaces of my extruded airfoil.

I would like now to get the p, U, fields over this two patches on a general 2D section of the airfoil.

How can I manage to do this with sample?
