removing flactuation in pressureCoeffient figure

Hi Dear All,
i am working on multi element airfoils, i get the pressureCoefficient figure as you see in the attachmenet from paraview after 3700 iteration, my Question is that what changes should i do for removing the fluctuation that is in this figure, specially at the leading edge as you see. thank you for your help, your answers helps me alot
