Hi Foamers,
I am new to openFoam. I completed simulation part. Now i need to post process my results. Actually i am working with flow of fluid through channels. For the publication purpose i need to compare velocity profiles at different locations, with in one graph (And i need to normalize the fields too with max velocity). To do this is there any third party open tool is available or paraView is enough. Please give your valuable suggestions. Thanks Regards Mallikarjuna |

I like paraview, but I prefer gnuplot or qtiplot for 2D plots.

Hi akidess,
Thanks for quick reply. I want to compare other results(another geometry results, analytical results & experimental results). For each and every position i want to rescale the space coordinates. Can i do these things in paraView? Thanks Regards Mallikarjuna |

I think that should work using the built-in calculator.

You could also just sample your fields in openfoam to generate csv files, and post process that data to your hearts content. Take a look at some of the function objects in openfoam.
