Instructors
Amirhossein Taran. Amirhossein is the instructor of "Coding OpenFOAM" on Faradars, the largest online training platform in Iran. As a researcher at Nexsys energy systems, his focus is Fluid-Solid Interaction in wind turbines. Apart from that, he has mastery over multiphase dispersed flows and spray atomization.

Ali Shayegh. During the past six years, Ali has been involved in holding three OpenFOAM workshops, and he is curious to go ahead with another one. As a cfd-online senior member, he helps learners to start from a blank text file and end up with flow calculations over a commercial airplane using OpenFOAM!
Ali’s research focus is the simulation of severe deformation in metal forming processes. Beside doing research at I-Form advanced manufacturing research center, he is currently the tutor of computational continuum mechanics at the University College Dublin, where students learn the basic use of Abaqus, Ansys Fluent, and OpenFOAM.
