Hi aji,
Make sure you have a file named "alpha1" in "0" folder. you might find a file named "alpha1.org" in "0" folder, so copy it and rename it to remove ".org". Regards, Ahmed |

Hi aji,
I'm not sure what solver you have in your case in OLAFOAM, but you need to be careful when using capital and small letters. The solver name is written in your controlDict file in "system" folder. For "interfoam", it is "interFoam". I hope this works for you. Regards, Ahmed |

I checked the controldict file for basewaveflume. application name is olaFoam. but when I run it its gives Bash No commands found. I check the case sensitivity as well.

Have you sourced olaFoam in your ".bashrc" file of your operating system?

Dear all,
this is not a support thread, it is meant to publish announcements. The support thread can be found here: The OLAFOAM Thread More people monitor that thread and some questions have already been answered there, and are only a search away from you. By the way, Aji, there is no need to duplicate or triplicate your questions in 3 different threads. This is often thought as rude and does not usually help you to get faster answers. I will reply to your questions in the other threads when I have some time. Best, Pablo |
