Dear FOAMers,
FluiDyna offers a three-day introductory course into OpenFOAMŽ at the Leibniz-Rechenzentrum in Garching near Munich again. The course will be held from Monday, Dec 1st to Wednesday, Dec 3rd. The course is intended for new users who want to learn the basic concepts of the usage of OpenFOAMŽ and want to know how to modify existing applications or add new functionalities. Among others the course covers the topics:
General knowledge of CFD (finite volume method, discretization schemes etc.) is recommended. Programming skills in C++ are beneficial, but not essential for this course.
