SimScale, a young German software startup is offering a browser-based engineering platform www.simscale.de!

Features
We offer a rich set of simulation capabilities, along with an intuitive GUI for OpenFOAM® and different meshers, including snappyHexMesh.
SimScale also gives you access to remote computing power so you don't need to buy or maintain hardware any more.
On top of CFD with OpenFOAM® we also offer solid mechanics (for example static, dynamic, frequency and modal analysis).

We are providing weekly webinars for all people who are interested. The next webinar will be held on Wednesday (Nov 13), 4pm CET.
The covered topic is "Structural mechanics simulation with SimScale" which may be especially interesting for those who are working on structural mechanics as well.

A new webinar is planned for tomorrow, Wednesday (Nov 27) 4pm CET about Thermal simulation with SimScale.
David, our head of product, will carry out two example simulations to show how thermal problems can be solved with SimScale.

Our next webinar "Fluid flow analysis of valves with SimScale" is scheduled for Wednesday (Dec 11) 4pm CET.

We will demonstrate how the flow through valves and the pressure drop can be simulated using SimScale. There is going to be a Q&A session as well.

Where can the public download the source code of SimScale? It would be nice to cite SimScale as a great open source software code.

SimScale is investing a lot of money and efforts to improve the solvers and provide a UI which makes it easy for everyone to use them. The way we are giving back to the community is not by publishing our codes or solvers, but by offering a free version of SimScale to everyone who prefers to use it over OpenFOAM.

If you'd like to try it out, simply go to http://www.simscale.com, create a free account by clicking on "Sign Up" and start simulating.
