Hi,
I use snappyHexMesh and I want to add boundary layer around a surface. I obtain layers but they don't cover all the surface. There are some areas where there are no layer. I don't think that the problem come from warped cells or featureAngle because some of the area without layers concern very regular cells. I notice also : When I changed the rafinement level, with the same criterion for addlayer and with "relativesize", the area without boundary layers are differents. I read the tutorial, the explanations given on www.openfoam.com, but I don't understand why the layer aren't always present. Have you some advise? Have you more explanations for the module addlayer of snappyHexMesh? MAV |
