Hi, snappy mesh is a fantastic bit of kit - brilliant no less. I have a slight problem and I'm not sure what the fix is. If I generate a simple square box from stl surfaces and then generate a mesh, at the corners I end up with irregular refinement. What I mean by this specifically is that I expect to see the same mesh at each edge of the box. On some edges the mesh has a smooth refinement region capturing the corner and others there's a smooth refinement region but the refinement region is thinner. Sometimes significantly thinner. Considering this is a symmetric and regular geometry problem then I'd expect the same mesh refinement and approximation to the underlying geometry. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?
Many thanks in advance for any help Andy. |
