Hi,
I am Alessandro and I am a beginner in OpenFOAM... is possible to do tetrahedral or polyhedral mesh using snappyHexMesh?? If no, how can I do a tetrahedral or a polyhedral in OpenFoam (without using another software)?? thanks for your help!!! |

tetrahedral is not possible. sHM computes hybrid poly/hexahedral meshes and you can (sort of) control the kind of cell element by tweaking the minDeterminant parameter in snappyHexMeshDict.
check out the snappy section in the user's guide and the tutorials provided with OF. |
