hello!
I'm trying to make a boundary layer around a hull. The parts 1 and 2 of snappy work well but I have some problems with part 3. When the snappy generate a boundary layer it's not for the entire hull but for some parts of it, which are not every time the sames. Does someone know how to choose the parameter "minthickness" ? does it define the min thickness of the entire layer or of the first cell, or something else? thank you!! Marine |

Hi Marine,
minThickness defines the thickness of one layer relative to the cell outside the layer. you may just make it smaller. your problem could also be solved by decreasing the featureAngle in addLayerControls. Cheers, Moritz |
