Hi all,
Some reason i get "Segmentation fault" when using decomposePar in 1.5-dev version. I trace the problem to line 289 in domainDecomposition.C (Program fails to create mesh Object). Regards Antti |

Does checkMesh run on your mesh?

Note that decomposing tools changed today due to the parallelisation of ggi.
Regards. |

Yes i used checkMesh and result was OK. I ran decomposePar with OF-1.5 and calculated case with OF-1-dev and mpirun . It worked fine. Reconstruction worked also with 1.5-dev version (reconstructPar).
This seems litle strange, and i'm thinking if I have missed something important. |
