Converting Gambit Neutral Meshes

Hi, everyone.
I had to convert a gambit-mesh to FoamX. It worked. Now, I have to set boundary conditions. The Question is : what does it mean "startFace" and "nFaces" ? Thanks, Paul |

Hi Paul,
"starFace" is the first face of your boundary condition and "nFaces" is the number of faces of the same boundary contidion. You can read them in the file "faces". Gabriele |

I use this procedure in gambit: - create mesh - change solver to "generic" - create patches with differents name (wall, inlet, ...) and the same type: "ELEMENT_SIDE" - use gambitToMesh to convert mesh - In FoamX define the patch types bye Davide |
