Hi this is not totally related to Openfoam , but it was done for open foam

i have neutral file
the first section contains the nodal coordinates:
1 5.e-01 5.e-01 5.0e-01
2 -5.0e-01 5.e-01 5.e-01 ....
the second section (second connectivity cell)
1 6 4 4 38 5 24
2 6 4 4 38 33 8 ....

well if U know the format the first section is the list and coordinates for point and the 2.secc. is the list of elements the type , how many points define the element and the element

well I try to convert to the standard paraview vtk ascii format , which is basically the same
the points seems to be well mapped but the edges
are totally wrong , the vtk format is
for the example above
4 4 38 5 24
4 4 38 33 8 ...
which says , the elemest are a tetra 4 points , the questions here is: 4-38-5- 25 are the points
that define an element ?

for the neutral file seems to the case (acc. to teh docum.) for vtk I am not so sure

If you have any clue what i am talking about please tell me
