Hi Foamers,

I have a fluent mesh made with Hexpress which has some cells splitted (Hexpress makes a coarse mesh and then refines the mesh by splitting some cells. I think the name for such a mesh is non-conformal).

When running fluentMeshToFoam, I get the following error message:

Is it a known bug/missing feature?
Is there a way to convert such a mesh?

Thank you,

If I'm not wrong, fluentMeshToFoam does not support this kind of meshes, or at least it is not so flexible.
Since your mesh is 3D, try to use fluent3DMeshToFoam. It is much better than the other one!
