Exporting Ascii format from Gambit

Hello,
I was wondering if someone could quickly explain how to ensure Gambit is exporting my .msh in ascii format? From the solvers I select 'Fluent 5/6', then go File-export-mesh. Is there a quick way to check what format it has exported in? There doesn't seem to be a ascii/binary option. Unfortunatly Fluent isn't working at the moment, just Gambit, so I hope I can do it from here! Many thanks Gareth |

Hi Gareth,
I think Gambit always exports in ascii. Quick check: open the file with more or nedit or emacs etc. and see whether you see any funny characters... Kati |
