I want to use our VTK mesh files in openfoam. But my VTKfoam does not work. So I want to write a converter to realize from VTK to foam. Could you please give advice?

Thanks. I found it.

Actually, I am using foam extend 3.2 and it does not have the vtkUnstructuredToFoam utility. But I was able to use it from OpenFOAM 4.0 version.

But no cells are generated when I am using this utility. This is generating points, faces etc files which has zero points faces etc.

about my VTK input file: I am confident that my VTK file is accurate because I generated VTK from an openfoam mesh using foamToVTK.

If you have any insight on why vtkUnstructuredToFoam utility is generating blank points, faces etc then please let me know.
