Hi all
Im not even sure how to ask this!

Many moons ago, On You tube I was watching someone prepare a case for OpenFOAM

They drew the model then either meshed the complete model then subtracted the positive parts leaving the spaces between

or in the Cad file did a similar thing ( boolean subtraction?)

Say I want to look at oil flowing through a pipe draw the OD. ID the "negative space would be the ID face


If anyone can steer me in the right direction or remember the Youtube video

I would be grateful
