I use openFoamV11, but I also tried the openFoam2306 version in ubuntu, debian.
What doesn't work: When creating a mesh using:

plot3dToFoam -2D 1 n0012_897-257.p3dfmt

We look at cell 0 0 0 to determine the orientation.

The combined points are 1e-15 apart. Integrated from 3588 to 1398 points.
