Hello, I want to solve an oblique shooting problem. Imagine that a solid object has x and y speed, it moves from a point and falls to the ground again. I want to simulate this and also calculate where it will fall. For this, I need to apply dynamic mesh, but I have not applied dynamic mesh before and I usually do the meshing process through Salome. I'm having trouble creating the case file.
What should I do after wiping over Salome? For example, imagine a boundary volume and there is a stone at one point inside it. The oblique throw of that stone will happen. Do I need to remove that stone from the boundary volume before meshing in Salome? Is it enough to define only the boundary volume and the stone and how will I define them? I couldn't see a similar example, so frankly I couldn't determine exactly which solver to use. I would really appreciate it if you could help me. |
