[Technical] First cell height when Re = 50 million

I am trying to generate a mesh for a high Re number case (flow over ship propellers):
Re = 50 million
Turbulence model: k-omega SST
The issue is that for y+ <5, the estimated first cell height is extremely small (2e-6m which makes it almost impossible to run. Not only the number of cells in the grid is high, but also the time step is extremely small.

Any suggestions to make the case practical?
