Thanks for the upload.

OK so 2 things:

1- Your case run out of the box on my laptop with v2112
2- Your slanted wall is not defined in your blockMeshDict: only 5 out of 6 faces constituting your domain are defined in the boundary section. The missing face is automatically defined as defaultFaces with a type empty as you can see in the blockMesh log:

Code:
Creating block mesh topology
--> FOAM Warning :
    From Foam::polyMesh::polyMesh(const Foam::IOobject&, Foam::pointField&&, const cellShapeList&, const faceListList&, const wordList&, const Foam::PtrList<Foam::dictionary>&, const Foam::word&, const Foam::word&, bool)
    in file meshes/polyMesh/polyMeshFromShapeMesh.C at line 920
    Found 1 undefined faces in mesh; adding to default patch defaultFaces
Obviously we don't want to have a type empty face here but a wall.

I'm actually surprised the solver starts, I would have expected it to throw a fatal error complaining about a missing boundary condition for defaultFaces.
Anyway, try fixing your blockMesh first and see if it solves your issue.
