Checkmesh core dumped even with suff RAM

Yep. snappyhexmesh do work fine, but problem here is checkmesh
After I reload my cloud system, even with very sufficient ram, 'core dumped' error occurs while doing checkmesh, and while running simplefoam stage, such error code is shown Code:

So I just removed checkmesh stage, but it showed same error. Snappyhexmesh is definitely working fine with no mesh with non-orthogonality, but it seems there is some error to mesh.
