For a multi-region case, I'm trying to extrude a box out of the bottom surface of my domain, but the extrusion always occurs in the -y direction (out of the domain), while I want the extrusion to go in the +y direction, into the domain.

My general workflow is as follows:
1) Create domain with blockmesh
2) snappyHexMesh for region specific refinement
3) topoSet to create faceZoneSet for extrusion
4) extrudeToRegionMesh

I've tried using flipMap and playing around with the surface normals, but I'm not having any success. Is there a reliable way to flip the direction of extrusion?

I've attached the case file below if you want to take a look. Thanks!
