Hello, I am new to OpenFOAM.

I have been using snappyHexMesh to generate my mesh. Sometimes the generated mesh can lead to such a weird simulation result as shown in the attached figure. The simulation can keep running for days without divergence. But the result is obviously wrong. This can sometimes be resolved easily by just regenerating the mesh.

Does anyone know what may be the reason of this issue?

Hi,

I feel that the description is too general. Perhaps the inclusion of the case to this thread could help diagnose the problem.
