[Gmsh] gmshToFoam not creating patches but facezones

Hello to all,

I designed a geometry in gmsh with two volumes for a multi region simulation (disk inside a square).

However, upon using gmshToFoam two patches of the disk are assigned as a faceSet and the corresponding patch has 0 faces...

I get several instances of

Code:

--> FOAM Warning : Not using gmsh face 4(i j k l ) since zero vertex is not on boundary of polyMesh

If I try to import each of them individually, I get no problems.
The gmsh file is attached to the post. (the extension needs to be changed to .geo)

Since this will be for a multi region case. Can I disregard the warnings, and get away with:

splitMeshRegions -cellZones -useFaceZones -overwrite

I would really appreciate the help!
