Hi, all,

I am doing a mesh independence study and gradually decreasing cell size & increasing the number of cells.

My cases run normally for the number of cells < 100 million. The mesh was generated by using "blockMesh + snappyHexMesh". When I plan to run the case with the most cells, which is estimated as 400-600 million, snappyHexMesh always fails. It always stops at:

Did anyone meet the same problem?

Me too! It seems related to refinements. If I don't do any the error goes away.


Ok so for me it seems due to the fact that I am trying to execute SHM through cyclic patches.
