gmshToFoam error

I constructed a mesh on the cylinder using gmsh. And then exported to the .msh file and used the gmshToFoam utility. I even exported the mesh in ASCII version 2 and 4. I tried fluent3DToFoam and fluentMeshToFoam but I got an error.
