[snappyHexMesh] Fixing holes in snappyhexMesh coarse grid

Hi,
I'm using OpenFoam2012 and needs a coarse grid for a mesh study, but sHM is creating some holes at the STL geometries (see attached immage), which results in wrong patches when using splitMultiRegions.

Which smooth mechanism would be the best to fix that kind of holes.

Ive found that when this happens to me, it is because the STL file is made from coarse triangles, try and look at your STL files and try refining the geometry further.
