Hello,
I have created STL file of simple assembly of a outer cylindrical shell and an inner core in Blender 3D software. Then I imported it into Salome. Salome seems not be able to recognize there are two objects. I tried to build solid from the STL file. But it can only generate the outer shell. Then I could not create volume groups for the inner core. Anyone knows how? Thank you. Regards, Tryphena Last edited by Tryphena; April 29, 2021 at 07:01. Reason: Need upload another picture |

Hii, Did you figure out this issue ? I have a similar issue with the meshing in salome. I have a more complex geometry than a cylinder.
