Patch not being formed

Hey, I have tried to make a mesh using snappy hex mesh. When I finish meshing it says meshed without any errors but when I go into my polymesh folder and the boundary file, I can only see the patches formed by block mesh the patch that has to be formed due to the stl file is not being formed. Any suggestions?
