Hello all.

I have a 2D case which I am trying to convert to be 3D; the 2D one works fine. Whenever I try to run blockMesh on the 3D one, however, it gives me some sort of error, but not within the output of blockMesh:

...
Creating patches
Creating cells

Creating points with scale 1
Block 0 cell size :
i : 0.1 .. 0.1
j : 0.1 .. 0.1
k : 0.1 .. 0.1

Block 1 cell size :
i : 0.1 .. 0.1
j : 0.1 .. 0.1
k : 0.1 .. 0.1

Block 2 cell size :
i : 0.1 .. 0.1
j : 0.1 .. 0.1
k : 0.1 .. 0.1

Block 3 cell size :
i : 0.1 .. 0.1
j : 0.1 .. 0.1
k : 0.1 .. 0.1

Killed

The above is the output when I run blockMesh as a process (on its own)

...
Create time

Creating block mesh from "system/blockMeshDict"
Creating block edges
No non-planar block faces defined
Creating topology blocks

The above output is what I get when I run blockMesh with a script

Running blockMesh on (path) “line 208: 30964 Bus error $appRun $appArgs “$@” > $logFile 2>&1

Part of the output of running said script

This last is most of the reason why I say it is a bus error; I really have very little idea what is going on. I am not even sure the problem is with blockMesh, as the errors are not appearing in either of the blockMesh output files. What exactly is going on here, and how can I fix it?
