I want to create Axisymmetric Mesh for my simulation.
I have created 2D Mesh (one cell thick) in salome and exported it to OpenFOAM using ideasUnvToFoam. I am able to use extrude mesh and create wedge BC, but when I am executing stitchMesh command, I am getting attached error. I have searched the entire internet but couldn't find any help .Your help is highly appreciated. Create time Create mesh for time = 0 Coupling perfectly aligned patches front and back Resulting (internal) faces will be in faceZone frontbackCutFaceZone Note: both patches need to align perfectly. Both the vertex positions and the face centres need to align to within a tolerance given by the minimum edge length on the patch Adding faceZone frontbackCutFaceZone at index 0 Reading all current volfields Reading volScalarField p_rgh Reading volScalarField alpha.water Reading volVectorField U --> FOAM FATAL ERROR: This is not allowed. Face: 4(10200 10203 10202 10201) faceID:30000 owner:0 neighbour:0 From function Foam:olyModifyFace:olyModifyFace(const Foam::face&, Foam::label, Foam::label, Foam::label, bool, Foam::label, bool, Foam::label, bool) in file ./polyTopoChange/polyTopoChange/modifyObject/polyModifyFace.H at line 154. FOAM aborting We're sorry, but the application crashed and safe stack tracing isn't available in this current implementation of blueCFD-Core patches for OpenFOAM. This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. |
