I am trying to implement unstructured mesh into one of my problem in OpenFoam. I used gmsh to generate my .msh file in ascii v2 format with both "save all elements" as well as "save parametric coordinates" selected.
I am using gmsh version 4.5.6 and OpenFoam v5 in blueCFD in windows. I encountered the following error: --> FOAM FATAL ERROR: 541 not found in table. Valid entries: 0() From function const T& Foam::HashTable<T, Key, Hash>:perator[](const Key&) const [with T = int; Key = int; Hash =in file X:/OpenFOAM-5.x/src/OpenFOAM/containers/HashTables/HashTable/HashTableI.T.H at line 134. FOAM exiting Also if I export from gmsh by version2 ascii only with only "save all elements" and not with "save parametric coordinates", it creates the mesh and it can be viewed in paraFoam but the faces and everything I defined cannot be viewed.Any ideas why this happens? |
