Hi,

because of collapsing boundary layer meshes for corner angles ~ 90 degrees, I've increased featureAngle above 90 degrees. If I do this, my boundary layer mesh gets better around these corners, but I get some irritations along edges that are not even touched by any boundary layer. I looks as if there were cells distorted or missing. I'm also getting huge convergence issues with these models.

Has anyone an idea how to solve this? Or the more general question: what are best practices to avoid boundary layer collapses?

Thanks
Marco
