Raptor22 is on a distinguished road
I am having an issue with SHM crashing while meshing a 2D airfoil case. I am at a loss as how to proceed, as I cannot find any cases of similar error messages online. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

This is the error:

Code:
--> FOAM FATAL ERROR:
nAnchors:6 facei:5083744

    From function void Foam::hexRef8::createInternalFaces(const labelListList&, const labelListList&, const labelList&, const labelList&, const labelList&, const labelList&, Foam::label, Foam::polyTopoChange&) const
    in file polyTopoChange/polyTopoChange/hexRef8/hexRef8.C at line 1274.
