Dear Foamers
I am implementing a heat flux on one of my boundaries with fixedGradient. As i make the mesh smaller, the temperature in the domain changes. When i looked at the definition of fixedGradient, it said the gradient that we specify first multiplies to the distance between cell center near the patch and the boundary and the result is added with the internalField. If it is right, every time we make the mesh finer, the temperature changes. and this is what happening in my domain. My question is what is the right mesh size to get the right answer. i looked at different forums but found nothing. Any answer will be appreciate. best regards ali |
