How to convert a straight mesh into a curved one?

Hi everyone,
is there any way I can convert a straight mesh into a curved mesh for use in OpenFoam, like in this pic? Thanks in advance! |

Quite simple: For every point change x and y to r and phi and calculate the new (x,y) for them.
