Using Python function during a Gmsh File

Hi people,
As the title says, I am trying to figure out how to use a Python call in the middle of a .geo file. This is because I need to use the factorial function (amongst others) during parameterisation of a geometry. Does anyone know a way of calling a Python function in the middle of the geo script?
