blockMesh with internal cavity

Hello,
I was trying a simpler geometry to create mesh using blockMesh. Please refer to the two cases. I am able to generate mesh for Case_1 but foam aborts in Case_2. Hopefully a 4-eye review might shed some light on the problem? Thank you and kind regards, Amod |

Please ignore my previous post. I was checking and re-checking the block definition. But the actual problem was wrong definition of empty patches. Regards, Amod |
