hello foamers
i am having interesting problem. i have to create a cuboid geometry with a rod inside the cuboid. the rod is hollow so there is no mesh inside the rod volume. [i have to create a volume mesh minus the volume of rod]

i did this using 5 blocks which together form this geometry and mesh it successfully
but this compromises mesh quality.

i am trying to do this using toposetdict by making a cuboid and then delete from cylinder volume
but i i dont know exacty how to write and implement this strategy....can u please help me guys???

well i tried doing it using toposetdict by following dam break with obstacle steps followed and did it.
hoever the cylinder shape is not cylindrical......alas..all hard work failed. only option is to use snappyhexmeshdict
