Hello everyone,
I have recently started learing Openfoam. To do that I am first trying to run the tutorials. I am running version 4.1. Most of the tutorials have been fine but when I ran XiFoam in Combustion tutorials I got this error while using blockMesh -

FOAM exiting

I haven't changed anything in the tutorial files so why am I getting this error? Can someone please help me understand and debug this problem so I can slowly start to do stuff myself.
