Hello guys, I am using OF 4.0 to build up a simulation for the wind turbine. Now i have meet some difficulties of meshing up the 3D model:
1. I have already build up a 2D wind turbine, which i used case from the 2D-vessel-mixer tutorial case and mixed something from 6-DOF in wingsMotion. Which works well. -------------------done https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IGE4S-cL27I 2. I loaded a STL file of the blade geometry and put it into a cylinder domain by using the SnappyHex. -------------------done 3. But how can i get that cylinder into a static Cube domain, in which i can give the boundary conditions for the whole domain, and using the AMI as the communication for the cylinder and the Cube? To make easy: how to build up a Mesh Domain contains a dynamic and a static domain, and the dynamic Domain needs to be SnappyHexed? -------------------how to do this? PS: i tried to read the Mixer-vessel tutorial case, which much similar to my case. But i am not be able to understanding the meshing up process in that case. Any ideas? I would very much appreciate it. Yqxia |
